Role Description

This is a full-time Recruitment Specialist role based on-site in Cairo, Egypt. The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role involves collaborating with team members to identify hiring needs, conducting training sessions, building relationships with potential candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The individual will also maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Hiring and Recruiting processes

Proficiency in Interviewing and evaluating candidates

Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities

Experience in developing and delivering Training programs

Strong organizational and time management skills

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is beneficial
