Job Summary:

The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading the sales organization, defining commercial strategy, and driving revenue growth across all channels. This role requires deep market insight, strong leadership experience in FMCG, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, strategic, and capable of scaling sales operations to meet ambitious growth targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the national sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

  • Oversee sales performance, forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting.

  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand market presence.

  • Build strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to adjust sales tactics.

  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and supply chain to ensure operational alignment.

  • Set pricing strategies in collaboration with management and financial teams.

  • Ensure sales policies, KPIs, and incentive structures are in place and effective.

  • Represent the company at major trade events, client meetings, and industry conferences.


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10+ years of sales experience in FMCG, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven record of driving strong sales results and market share growth.

  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and negotiation skills.

  • Experience managing large sales teams and multi-channel distribution.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and influential presentation skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.

  • Fluency in English (and local language if applicable).
