Requirements:
- Gender: Male is preferred candidates only
- Experience: No prior experience required in the same field
- Language Level: B2 English proficiency
- Age Limit: Maximum 27 years old
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Provide technical support and assistance over the phone.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver high-quality service.
- Adhere to performance KPIs (call time, punctuality, call quality).
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Salary Details:
- Total Salary: 5,000 EGP, divided as follows:
- Basic Salary (Net): 4,000 EGP
- Performance Incentive: 500 EGP (based on monthly performance rates)
- Top Performer Bonus: 500 EGP (for top 20% achievers)
- Bonuses are based on:
- Call handling time
- Punctuality and attendance
- Call quality standards
