Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in customer care or a similar role.
- Language Skills: Good command of English.
- Age Limit: Maximum 27 years old.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Outbound calls and Interview online queries effectively.
- Provide high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet performance targets (KPIs) such as response time, quality, and resolution rates.
- Record and maintain accurate customer interaction data.
- Communicate solutions clearly and promptly to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless workflow.
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: 4,500 EGP + 500 EGP based on KPI achievement.
- Medical Insurance: Comprehensive healthcare coverage.
- Social Insurance: Provided by the company.
- Working Hours: Fixed working hours 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Fridays off.
