Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in customer care or a similar role.
  • Language Skills: Good command of English.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 27 years old.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle Outbound calls and Interview online queries effectively.
  2. Provide high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Meet performance targets (KPIs) such as response time, quality, and resolution rates.
  4. Record and maintain accurate customer interaction data.
  5. Communicate solutions clearly and promptly to customers.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless workflow.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Monthly Salary: 4,500 EGP + 500 EGP based on KPI achievement.
  • Medical Insurance: Comprehensive healthcare coverage.
  • Social Insurance: Provided by the company.
  • Working Hours: Fixed working hours 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Fridays off.
